Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet to the rim with aluminum foil.
Rinse the asparagus and trim off bottom two inches of the spear. Spread vegetables in a thin layer on top of the baking sheet.
Lightly coat the asparagus olive oil and incorporate. Mix salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese together in a bowl and use your hands to incorporate the asparagus with mixture. Lay in an even layer and make sure there is enough olive oil on top of the coating.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes, remove and serve. Enjoy!
